Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is the South Korean technology maker’s response to Kindle Fire, Amazon’s first tablet PC. The 7-inch Samsung tablet comes with great tech specs, Android 3.2 Honeycomb and elegant design and style. The new Samsung product is indeed a worthy addition to the growing 7-inch tablet frenzy, which already received products like Kobo Vox and Barnes & Noble’s Nook Tablet besides Kindle Fire. However, standing different from Kindle Fire, Vox and Nook Tablet, Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is basically a full-fledged multimedia tablet, not a just an advanced eReader.

Dimensions: Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has the dimensions of 193.65x 122.37 x 9.96mm. With 9.96 mm thinness, it is indeed one of the slimmest tablets in the world. Added with the 7-inch size and less weight, the Galaxy tablet is highly portable.

Weight: 345 grams.

Display: The tablet mounts a 7-inch WSVGA display that offers a high resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels.

Processor: The tablet is powered by a 1.2GHz dual core processor. Support of dual core processor for the 7-inch tablet makes it a high performing tablet.

Storage: The machine is up with two built-in memory options; 16GB and 32GB. In addition, it features a microSD slot that you can use to load 32GB memory stick. As a whole, you can store all your data in the device.

Camera: Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus sports a 3-megapixel rear camera with 720p HD video recording and auto-focus camera and LED flash. The front camera of the tablet has a 2-megapixel sensor. For instant image sharing, the device’s camera app comes integrated with Picasa, Gmail and Messaging.

Connectivity: For connectivity, the 7-inch Galaxy Tab has HSPA +21 900/1900/2100,  EDGE/GPRS 850/900/1800/1900, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct and Bluetooth v3.0.
Ports: USB 2.0 port.

Software: The device plays on Android 3.2 Honeycomb. Of course, Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has become one of the best Honeycomb tablets in stores now.
